• No refund for amounts already paid

The Planet Deals LLC remains the exclusive owner of all intellectual property rights relating to the SaaS service, including but not limited to:

• Source code and algorithms
• User interface and design
• Database and structures
• Trademarks and logos
• Documentation and content

6.2 License of Use

The subscription grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to:

• Access and use the service
• Download generated reports
• Use APIs within defined limits

6.3 Restrictions

It is strictly forbidden to:

• Copy, modify or create derivative works
• Decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer
• Resell, rent or sublicense the service
• Use the service for illegal activities
• Share credentials with third parties

7.1 Best Efforts Obligation

The Planet Deals LLC commits to a best efforts obligation regarding the provision of the service. We do not guarantee specific results in trading or profits.

7.2 Liability Exclusions

We are NOT responsible for:

• Financial losses related to your trading decisions
• Strategy or calculation errors on your part
• Interruptions due to force majeure events
• Internet connection problems on your end
• Incompatibility with certain browsers or devices
• Indirect or consequential damages

11.4 Jurisdiction
